Gives a stacking debuff that increases frost damage, causing a need for group switches.
Ultimate: Sleet Storm
Massive damage divided among all people on platform.

Group movement strategy

When the Djinns are at 80 energy, all DPS should move to Nezir's platform. The tanks and healers from Anshal and Nezir also need to swap at this time. This will prevent those two from getting too many stacks of Wind Chill and provide enough people on the platform to nicely split up the damage from Sleet Storm.

After the ultimate abilities are over, all of the DPS should return to the boss they were previously on. The tanks and healers that swapped should remain in their new positions.

End game

When Rohash and Anshal are both at low health, they should be killed at approximately the same time. When they are killed, the people there should move to Nezir's platform. Once everyone is working on Nezir, cooldowns should be facilitied to ensure he dies before the others revivify.
